We ship to locations across Canada.
We ship primarily by UPS. We also ship by Canada Post. and Canpar. We will use the carrier with the best rate.
The shipping rate varies by location. Please email us with the type of tree(s) that you want and delivery location's postal code and we will get you the shipping cost.
UPS can accept multiple packages for a shipment. This will normally mean the shipping is cheaper per tree. For example, shipping for one tree might be $25. For two trees, it might be $30. (this is an example only for a regular size tree to a location in Eastern Canada. Shipments to the western provinces, or our larger trees, or for some out of the way postal codes, the costs will be higher. but the point is that getting two trees is not double the price for shipping.). We can provide you with actual costs for single or multiple trees.
We encourage you to order early. Last year, there were significant weather events in BC and Newfoundland. There were delays in delivery to those locations and some didn't make it in time for Christmas.
When you receive your tree, open it within three days so that if there is damage, we can take care of it. We cannot accept responsibility if you only contact us weeks or months later.
