Information about our products

Lighting for trees

There is only one lighting source for the

trees. A regular household bulb inside,

mounted on the base section. The light

from the bulb shines through the

decorative plastic bulbs on the tree.

All trees do include an appropriately

sized bulb. The meduim and large

trees come with an LED bulb. The extra large and XXL trees have 2 bulbs (an LED bulb plus an incandescent tube bulb). The small trees use a night-light style bulb.

Decorative bulbs

The bulbs that decorate the tree come in a variety of colors and styles. As a rule we do not glue them in, although you are welcome to do so. By not gluing in the bulbs, you have the option of changing the style or color when you feel like it.

If you feel that some of the bulbs do not sit correctly, you can wrap the stem of the plastic bulb with tape for a more snug fit.

We can sell you other colors and styles if you wish to have a different look to your tree once in a while.

The displayed tree bulbs are suggested colors / styles only.

Finishes

We only use glaze for our trees. We do not use stains. Glazes give the trees a glass-like finish and require a second firing.

Ordering Your Tree

We have a waiting list. We hope that you will order well in advance, as that really helps us, and helps ensure you will receive your tree in plenty of time for Christmas.

You do not pay until your tree is finished and is ready to ship. You can cancel at any time prior to shipping.

Tree Height

We measure our trees from the bottom of

the base to the top of the tree, without the

star. We also note the addtional height

with the star.

Pricing / Payment

Prices are Canadian Dollars.

The price shown is what you pay (plus shipping). No additional fees / taxes.

To be fair to all of our customers, we do not accept lower offers. The prices quoted are our best prices and this ensures that everyone is paying the same amount.

We accept cash and E Transfer.

Tree Colors

Our standard tree colors are green and white.

We also have available a few specialty colors. These glazes are more expensive to buy and therefore we have an upcharge for these colors. These prices are stated in the tree descriptions. Not all tree / color combinations are shown but are available.

Receiving Your Tree

If your tree was shipped to you by courier or mail, please open it within 3 days to inspect for any damage. If you only report damage to us weeks or months later, you will be responsible for any replacement costs.
